Um... Where is Croatia, Anyway?

 

You know, when we started thinking about going to this beautiful place, we had to get out our maps.
Croatia is not the first place any of us would have thought of for a pilgrimage.
We can think of nothing more perfect now, however.
1) None of us has been there. (Well, except Kevin).
2) Before picking it, most of us did not know anything about it.  (Except Kevin again).
3) It has the perfect combination of foreignness, natural beauty, religious sites we might not ever have thought of (Makarska and the arena at Trogir, in particular!)
4) Something just felt right about it- maybe like we were called there.
